1. Create your account. Click Sign up, enter your employee number and your official email (@cyber.net.pk, @stormfiber.com, @rapidcompute.com, @nationalbroadband.pk, @nayapay.com). It must match your HR record.
2. Check your email for the activation link (valid for 60 minutes) and choose a password: 8 to 12 characters with at least two letters, two digits and two special characters (! @ # $ % ^ & * _ - + = ? .).
3. Log in with your email address and password.
4. Set up Google Authenticator. Install the app on your phone, scan the QR code (or type the setup key), and enter the 6-digit code.
5. Save your 10 recovery codes. Each works once if you lose your phone. Keep them somewhere safe.

Good to know

• Every login asks for your password and then a 6-digit authenticator code.
• Passwords expire every 30 days. You get a reminder 5 days before, and you cannot reuse your last 3 passwords.
• 5 wrong passwords lock the account. Contact the Administration department to unlock it.
• Already have a login but forgot the password? Use Forgot Password.
• No activation email? Check the spam folder, and ask Administration department to confirm the email on your record.
