It has been observed that the official timings are not being followed by some of the team members, which is causing some disciplinary issues in the organization. Hence, this is to remind ourselves that the following office timings and our Time Management policy need to be followed regularly:

Employees in departments operating 24x7 must contact their Incharges for their shift.
Buddy Punching
Please do not hand over your company ID Card to office colleague for sign in /out , after sign in please make sure you are available in office.
Late
Signing in after your Shift start time is considered as late and three late are counted as 01 Absent, on account of that one leave is deducted in the following sequence,
Casual Leave -- Sick Leave -- Annual Leave
If there is no leave remaining in the account and it finds three late, on the payroll cycle, it will deduct One Day Salary.
Absent
If an employee doesn’t come to the office. He / she will be marked as absent and leaves will be deducted in the same sequence.
Casual Leave -- Sick Leave -- Annual Leave
Forget to sign
If an employee forgets to sign in and sign out (both), system will consider that employee as ABSENT for that particular day.
If an employee forgets to sign out (only), time adjustment can be made. In case no time adjustment is requested, one half day short leave will be considered.
Short Leave
Short leaves will be accumulated in TMS and in the payroll cycle date if system finds accumulated 09 hours it will deduct 01 leave in the sequence mentioned earlier. Short leave can only be applied for a minimum of 4 ½ hours.
After Payroll Cycle
No Time adjustment / Leave application / Short leave / Official or any other adjustment will be effected for the previous payroll cycle.
Employees’ Calendar
Employees are requested to get their TMS calendars updated and shift/s scheduled properly, so that they don’t experience any hassle at the time of Payroll.
